Poker Run V

Poker Run IV was a bit of a letdown as it rained that day! But we did have a lot of fun during the many stops! Hopefully, Mother Nature will cooperate for us and bring a bright, sunny day our way on the 8th!

Please mark your calendars! Sunday Fun Day Poker Run V starts at 10:00 am on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Sideouts located at 4018 W Roberts Rd, Island Lake, IL. If you are a breakfast person, Sideouts opens at 8:00 am and serves breakfast.

The other planned establishments are Herner's Hideaway located at 202 Williams Rd, Genoa City, WI 53128; Pat's Brew & 'Que located at 124 North St, Sharon, WI 53585; Niko's Grill & Pub located at 7509 S Grant Hwy, Marengo, IL 60152. We end the day at Hart's Saloon located at 9932 Main St, Hebron, IL 60034.

We will travel some 95 miles among the five establishments in Northern Illinois and one just across the border in Wisconsin. Each of the planned stops offers food and drinks plus the opportunity to draw cards for the poker hands at each stop. We end the day at Hart's Saloon in Hebron, IL.

We draw two cards at the start, one card at each of the three stops, and two cards at Hart's Saloon, then tally up the poker hands and distribute the winnings among the participants.

If it happens to rain on Octoer 8th, we will make another attempt on Ocotber 15th.
